I know this is a stretch, but did Tolkien review...
No he didn’t. He read probably the first few chapters of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, because he objected to the mixture of our world with the fantastical world, with the Fauns, Father Christmas, etc. I am not sure about this, but I remember it might have also had to do with Lewis’ alteration of the Faun from the mythology of the time, to fit his needs.

It has a lot to do with the popularity of the stories. Silver Chair is the least popular book in the series, while Magician’s Nephew is just behind LWW.

Why did Prince Caspian have a british accent in...
That was simply a decision of the director Michael Apted. He didn’t like how the Telmarines were depicted as Mediterranean and just thought it’d be simpler to use native accents for the actors, for the most part. It really was just an arbitrary decision, though. How it came across really is your perspective.

A good question. I don’t know how I feel about that one. Theologically, this is a very deep question. God is more forgiving than we are, though, and He created us for Him, but also doesn’t want to force us into anything we don’t want to do. I would love a PC extended edition, as well as a VDT extended edition. I think many others would too. I’m not certain that the cost would outweigh the potential profits, and that’s a big reason for there not to be one. There won’t be a video game of VDT, unfortunately. And I’m not sure what you’re asking about Tilda.

That’s a good question. It’s likely that all the right things just didn’t line up for that to happen. Availability, time, equipment, money, etc. are all needed to do something like that, and this time around, it appears there just wasn’t all of the pieces.
